Cloverleaf is two businesses on one lot off County Road Y. A design and build crew with a degreed landscape architect on staff, and a walk in yard where anyone can buy the stone, bark and topsoil by the bucket or by the load.

There has been a graduate landscape architect on staff here since the first year.
Not a salesperson with a sketch pad. A degreed landscape architect, on site, who draws the plan for your project. If you buy the materials or the labor for that project from Cloverleaf, the plan itself is free. That holds for a new build and for a garden that has been in the ground for thirty years and needs rethinking.
It is also why the yard and the crews are the same business. The person pricing your stone knows what the drawing is asking that stone to do.

The retail center
You do not have to hire us to buy from us.
The yard is a full landscape supply center and it is open to anyone. There are loaders on site for loading and pick up, and delivery if you would rather not haul. If you do not have a truck, it can go out by the bucket, which is how most people piece a garden together over a few weekends. Not sure how much you need? Commercial, Oshkosh City Center
City Center Planter
The owners of the City Center asked for something to cover an ugly area of granite where a couple of large pots were the only thing trying to beautify it. The spot puddled every time it rained, and the shops looked straight out at it.
The walls went up at seat height, so the planter doubles as a bench. Tan and gray block was blended at random to tie into both the concrete and the brick already around it. It screens the bike rack behind, and the original pots were moved inside it for seasonal planting.

Pickett Steps and Pathway
The grass pathway was slippery when wet and the side slope was eroding away. Natural outcropping, wall stone and flagstone were trucked in along with topsoil and hardwood bark.
Weatheredge stone holds the erosion and terraces the planting areas. A run of black drain tile that had been exposed across the slope is now buried. Every fieldstone boulder used on the job was collected on site.

Yes. The yard will load by the bucket, which is how a lot of people piece a project together over several weekends rather than ordering a full load at once. If you are not sure how much you need, bring the measurements and the yard will help estimate the quantity.
It depends on what the wall is holding and how you want it to read. Cloverleaf builds walls in concrete block, limestone, natural outcropping stone, granite boulders and landscape timbers, as seat walls, terraced walls, raised patios, steps and planters. Terraced walls are the usual answer for a bank that is eroding; a seat-height wall is the usual answer around an area you want to sit and eat in.
All three are stocked and all three are installed. Flagstone is irregular natural stone and reads as landscape rather than pavement. Concrete pavers come in the widest range of colors and shapes and are the most forgiving to lay a pattern in. Clay pavers hold their color because the color is the fired clay itself rather than a pigment in the mix. Compacted gravel is the fourth option where a path only needs to be walkable and dry.

Photographs of decorative stone are close to useless. It is worth the drive out to see the colors wet and dry, in a pile, at the size you would actually be laying. Bring the measurements of the bed and we will tell you what it takes to fill it.
