Chapter 01
The architect draws it before anyone breaks ground
Cloverleaf has a graduate landscape architect on staff, with more than twenty five years of design and construction experience between the drawing board and the job site. That is not a title borrowed for a brochure. It is the person who sits down with you before any grading, any material, or any crew is booked, and works out what the ground can actually hold.
The plan covers new construction as much as it covers a yard someone else built years ago that no longer works. Either way, the same architect draws it, and the same crews that build patios, walls and lawns down the road are the ones who carry the drawing out into the ground.

The plan is free when Cloverleaf builds it
There is no charge for the design plan itself when you buy the materials or the labor for the project from Cloverleaf. That is the arrangement whether the job is a new bed around a new house or a full renovation of a landscape that has been in the ground for thirty years and needs rethinking.
It is also why the yard and the design side sit on the same lot. The person drawing your plan knows exactly what is stocked four hundred feet away, in what quantity, and what it costs by the yard or by the bucket. The drawing and the price list come from the same place.
Chapter 03
A plan that has to survive being built
A drawing is only as good as what happens after it leaves the table. Cloverleaf's own crews install what the architect draws, which means the plan gets tested against grade, drainage and an existing driveway or patio before it is ever called finished.
That is the difference between home and business work here too: a homeowner's plan usually starts from nothing, while a business site more often means designing around what is already built, paved, and open for customers. Both get the same architect and the same crews.
