A graduate landscape architect on staff, drawing new builds and reworking landscapes that have been in the ground for years. When the materials or the labor for the project come from Cloverleaf, the plan itself costs nothing.
How the plan works details
Landscaping contractingGrading first, then hardscape, then planting, then the lawn by seed or sod. The order is not a preference. It is what keeps the finished surface where you put it after the first wet spring.What the crews install
Patios and walkwaysFlagstone, concrete pavers, clay pavers or compacted gravel, set on a base that holds the grade. Where there is already paving on site, the new work gets cut and blended into it rather than laid up beside it.Surfaces and bases
Retaining wallsConcrete block, limestone, outcropping stone, granite boulders or landscape timbers. Terraced to stop a bank eroding, or built to seat height so the wall doubles as the bench around the space it encloses.Wall types and materials

Every material named on these five pages, the stone, the mulch, the gravel, the sand and the topsoil, is also sold over the counter at the retail center on County Road Y. There are loaders on site for pickup, and delivery if you would rather not haul it. You do not have to hire the crew to buy any of it.
