Cloverleaf Landscaping & Retail Center, Inc. has served the Oshkosh, Neenah and Menasha area since April 1999. It is two businesses on one address: a landscape design-build contractor, and a walk-in retail yard that sells the materials those crews build with. Neither side is the sideline. A visitor who only wants a load of mulch is a customer here, same as a homeowner having a patio designed and installed.
Why one business runs both
The crew and the yard answer to the same counter.
A graduate landscape architect has been on staff since 1999, drawing new construction and reworking landscapes that are already in the ground. When materials or labor for that plan are bought from Cloverleaf, the plan itself costs nothing. The crews shown here installing a paver patio are pulling the same stone, sand and gravel that anyone can walk in and buy for themselves.
That is the practical reason the retail center exists at the same address as the contracting side, rather than as a separate supplier the crews order from. Whoever is pricing the stone for a job also knows what the drawing is asking that stone to hold up, terrace or pave.
